本應用程式取得哪些資訊，以及如何使用？

鍵盤延伸功能不會收集、記錄或傳輸您的任何輸入內容或個人資訊。

鍵盤延伸功能收集哪些資訊？

客服聊天

- 匿名使用者識別碼（UUID）— 首次使用時隨機產生並儲存於您的裝置，用於識別您的對話，不與您的真實身份連結。
- 聊天訊息內容 — 您在客服對話中傳送的文字訊息。
- 附件 — 您選擇在對話中分享的照片或檔案（需您主動操作）。

AI 改寫功能
本應用程式提供選用的 AI 改寫助手功能（需另行訂閱，iOS 15 以上）。使用此功能時：
- 您在文字欄中主動選取或複製的文字將透過本 App 的伺服器（位於新加坡）傳送至 Anthropic（第三方 AI 服務商）的 Claude AI 進行處理。Anthropic 的隱私保護措施請參閱其隱私權政策。
- 文字處理完成後，不會儲存於本 App 伺服器或 Anthropic 伺服器。
- 訂閱驗證由 Apple 處理，本 App 無法存取您的付款資料。我們僅接收由 Apple 簽署的匿名交易憑證，用於驗證訂閱有效性。
- AI 功能需開啟「允許完整取用」以存取網路。
- 一般打字內容不受此條款影響，不會傳送至任何伺服器。
AI 功能僅處理您主動選取或複製並送出的文字，一般鍵盤輸入內容仍完全保留於裝置上。
本應用程式是否收集位置資訊？

This privacy policy governs your use of the iOS custom keyboard application iXhiamy 蝦米鍵盤 on Apple iPhone and iPad.
What Information Does the Application Obtain and How Is It Used?
The information you provide during the purchase process through the Apple App Store is regulated by Apple's privacy policy. We do not receive or store any personal information from that process.
The keyboard extension does not collect, record, or transfer any of your typing or personal information.
Please keep in mind that some features of the Application require the "Allow Full Access" permission to be enabled. This permission allows the keyboard extension to communicate with the host app in order to read and save your keyboard settings, and to enable the AI rewriting feature's network access. While "Allow Full Access" also grants the extension network access at the iOS level, regular typing does not use this capability to transmit any data — your keystrokes never leave your device.
Information the Application Collects
We do not collect, record, or store your keyboard input. Regular typing remains entirely on your device and is never sent to any server.
If you use the AI rewriting feature, text you explicitly select or copy and submit is sent to Anthropic Claude AI for processing (see the "AI Rewriting Feature" section below).
Information Collected by the Keyboard Extension
We do not collect, record, transfer, or store any information from the keyboard extension to any server. All your inputs remain entirely on your device and are never sent to any server or third party. The keyboard extension does not require an internet connection to function.
If you enable the Word Suggestions (聯想字) feature, the keyboard records word-pair associations from your typing in a local on-device database to learn personalized word recommendations. This data remains entirely on your device and is never transmitted to any server or third party. You can delete all learned data at any time by turning off the Word Suggestions toggle and selecting "Clear Data."
In-App Support Chat
The host application (not the keyboard extension) offers an optional "Contact Support" chat feature. If you choose to use it, the following information is collected:
- Anonymous user identifier (UUID) — randomly generated on first use and stored on your device. Used to identify your conversation thread; not linked to your real identity.
- Chat message content — the text messages you send in the support conversation.
- Attachments — photos or files you voluntarily choose to share in the conversation.
This data is processed and stored by Stream Chat (GetStream, Inc.) and is subject to their Privacy Policy. No data is collected if you do not use the support chat feature.
To request deletion of your chat history, contact us at cs@ixhiamy.com and we will process your request within a reasonable timeframe.
AI Rewriting Feature
The app offers an optional AI rewriting assistant (requires subscription, iOS 15+). When you use this feature:
- Text you explicitly select or copy is transmitted through the app's server (located in Singapore) to Anthropic (a third-party AI service provider) for processing by Claude AI. For Anthropic's data protection practices, see their Privacy Policy.
- Text is not stored on the app's servers or Anthropic's servers after processing.
- Subscription verification is handled by Apple. We only receive an anonymous Apple-signed transaction token to verify subscription validity — we cannot access your payment details.
- The AI feature requires "Allow Full Access" to be enabled for network access.
- Regular typing is not affected by this and is never transmitted anywhere.
The AI feature only processes text you explicitly select or copy and submit. Regular keyboard input remains entirely on your device.
Does the Application Collect Location Information?
No. We do not collect any information about your location.
Do Third Parties Have Access to My Information?
The keyboard extension does not share any information with third parties.
If you use the support chat feature, your message content is processed by Stream Chat (GetStream, Inc.) solely to deliver the messaging service. We do not sell or share your chat data with any other third party.
What Are My Opt-Out Rights?
You may simply choose not to use the support chat feature to avoid any data collection. To stop all use of the Application, you can uninstall it at any time using the standard process on your device or via the App Store.
Data Retention
The keyboard extension does not collect or store any typing data to any server.
If the Word Suggestions feature is enabled, learned data is retained on your device until you actively clear it (by turning off the Word Suggestions toggle and selecting "Clear Data") or uninstall the app.
Support chat messages are stored on Stream Chat's servers for as long as reasonably necessary to provide customer support. To request early deletion, contact us at cs@ixhiamy.com.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. By using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read this privacy policy and agree to its terms.
Third-Party SDKs
The host application (not the keyboard extension) uses the following third-party services, which may collect information under their own privacy policies:
